It's important to note that while our warranty covers standard use and normal wear and tear, any misuse or negligent or intentional damage may result in billable service for labor and replacement parts. We ask you to provide as much information as possible when requesting the service so that we are able to identify the problem and get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
