Largest Selection of Finish Options

Our products are manufactured from aluminum extrusions that are high quality T6 aluminum alloys. While aluminum is a very strong and durable material it needs to be protected from the elements so that it looks good for many years without any maintenance.

Powder coatings is a cost-effective, durable and aesthetically pleasing finishing option. The powder is dry sprayed on the metal and then baked at a high temperature oven to coat the aluminum. The powder coating on our extrusions come from the leading international manufacturers like Pulver, AkzoNobel, IGP and others.

Powder coating can also provide a textured finish which is even more damage resistant and can contain a little aluminum dust particles for a metallic sparkle.

Anodizing is another option of providing a finish on an aluminum product. Unlike powder coating, anodizing happens with the help of electricity that runs through the aluminum bar and the chemicals in the anodizing tub. The aluminum extrusion is submerged into the anodizing tub and the finish coating is actually a result of electricity and acid that gets "etched" into the surface of the aluminum.

Another option for finishing mill aluminum is to give it the appearance of a finished wood product. That can be achieved with either powder coating or a vinyl film application. Extruders have different methods of making this finish and the final product has different features and character.

We can provide guidance and samples to make sure that you get the correct solution for the project that will serve the end user for many years to come and keep the product looking as good as new.
